Betty Joyce Webb, 86, of England Ark.,died on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at Baptist Health Medical Center of North Little Rock.

Joyce was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Lonoke County born on February 12, 1930, to Everett Cecil Bailey and Ruth Mary Singleton. She was married April 13, 1949, to Clyde H. Webb, who in 2010 preceded her in death, and together they had four children. She was a long time active member of Perry's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of England and then later Rowe's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Humnoke.

She is survived by children and their spouses, Larry Webb and his wife Linda of Lake Village, Roger Webb and his wife, Mary of Carlisle, David Webb and his wife Sherri of North Little Rock, and Hubert Webb and his wife,Vanessa of England; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren , 2 brothers, Calvin Bailey and Allen Ray Bailey, and 2 sisters, Marie Dismuke and Sue Moody. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Glen Bailey and Billy Bailey, and 3 sisters, Reba Perry, Pauline Tipton, and Vida Mae Cates.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday October 7, 2016, at Wilson Robison Funeral Home of England, Ark. Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday October 8, 2016, at Wilson Robison Funeral Home of England, Ark. with Rev. Paul Rice officiating. Burial will be at the Union Valley Cemetery in England. Her grandsons James Daniels, Chad  Webb, Aaron Webb, Randall Webb, Noah Webb, and great grandsons, Tyler Webb will serve as pallbearers. her granddaughters Gaye Edwards, Tiffany Edwards, Erica Webb and great-grandchildren Hope Wooten, Sydney Edwards, Lane and Miley Edwards, Alexandria Daniels, Oliva and Carson Webb, and Whitney, Bailey and Wesley Webb will serve as honorary pallbearers.
