Irvin Dewayne Martin was born on July 30, 1954, to the late John and Jessie Martin. He went to be with the Lord Monday February 13, 2017 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 62. He loved his kids, grandchildren, family. Also his tractor, gardening, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by 2 sons Dewayne (Ladeana) Roberts, Chris Martin and 1 daughter Jennifer Verser all of Cabot, Arkansas. Grandchildren Jewell Roberts and Katelyn and Tobi and 1 step daughter Nina Bryant and her children. Also 4 sisters Violet (John) Breeding of Oregon, Juanita (E.L. Snookie) Williams of Scott, Arkansas, Lorene (James) Carpenter of Jacksonville, Arkansas and Gracie Binz of Little Rock, Arkansas, 5 brothers Floyd (Barbara) Martin and Johnny (Kathy) Martin both of Furlow, Arkansas, Roy (Laverne) Martin of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Walter (Carol) Martin of Cabot, Arkansas and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Jessie (Crow) Martin and siblings William "Bill" Martin and David Martin Sr.
