Walter Andrew Roddy, 90 went  to be with the Lord on September 22, 2017 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on December 31, 1926 in Center Hill, Georgia to the late Kay and Elizabeth Roddy. He was a member of the Landmark Baptist Church of England, Arkansas  He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Crescent Lodge #403. He was a diesel mechanic and loved spending time with his family. He loved to watch football and especial loved watching his grandsons play and also  the Arkansas Razorbacks. He loved gardening and square dancing and served in the U.S. Navy.  He and his wife had a motor home and enjoyed traveling in it. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Charles Roddy and sister Martha Roddy Haley. and son Clarence David Roddy.

He is survived by wife of 69 years Wanda Sartin Roddy  his son Walter Andrew Roddy II (Stacie) of Savage, Montana, daughter Carolyn Roddy Kimbrell (Ivan) of Whitesville, Kentucky. Also  4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Monday September 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1-2 p.m. both at landmark Baptist Church in England, Arkansas. Bro. David Inzer will be officiating. Burial will be at Mulberry Cemetery of England, Arkansas. Wilson Robison Funeral Home of England in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers please send contributions  to Landmark Baptist Church in England
