Lawrence Eddie Molden Sr. was born on January 30. 1937 to Lawrence and Leona Molden. He accepted Christ at an early age. He was an active member of Second Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Darryl Montgomery.
He attended Gartrell High School. After high school he started a career at Turner Jordan/ Gerren Motors Chevrolet in England, Arkansas. Where he retired in the late 2000's. He was well known and respected in the community of England.
Lawrence E. Molden SR. departed this life on Friday evening on August 24, 2018. Preceding him in death are his wife, Wanda Molden, parents Lawrence and Leona Molden, brothers Clerance Sr., Holmer Sr., Leven Sr., and Lucis Molden.
He leaves to cherish his memory; children, Jessie Molden, Tommy Molden, Anthony Molden, Michael (Sylvia) Molden, JoAnn Molden, Terry Molden, Gwen Hunter (Maurice) Wiley, Kenneth Molden, Ledora (Tyrone) Grider, Lawrence Molden Jr., Brenda Brown, Beverly Brown, DeWayne Brown, Julius Brown, Diann Martindale, Carolyn Bolton, Sandra (Dennis) Bennit, Kie-Shay Worthy; brothers; Don (Velma) Molden Sr. Billy Molden SR., Gomer (Mary) Molden; sisters Gloria Dean (Bennie) Daugherty, Willie B. Montgomery; 44 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Saturday September 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at East Macedonia Baptist Church in England, AR. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Lonoke, AR. Wilson Robison Funeral Home of England in charge of the arrangements.
