Albert Kelley Obituary

Eugene Kelley, age 48, of England passed away unexpectedly May 1, 2020 in England, Arkansas. He worked as a mechanic for Case International in Stuttgart. Eugene loved spending time with the love of his life Angela, He loved to fish and work on cars. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is proceed in death by his siblings, Bennie and Dena Ballard.

He is survived by his wife, Angela; son, James; mother, Sheila Ferebee; brother, Glenn Ballard.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
