Barney Lindon Poppy

Barney Lindon Poppy, age 83 of England passed away Friday July 31, 2020 at Cavalier Nursing and Rehab in England. He had been a resident there since 2002. He was born October 29, 1936 in Dutch Creek, Arkansas to the late Bennie and Ida Davis Poppy. Barney retired from the city of North Little Rock where he worked in construction.

Barney is survived by his three children, Freddie and Jerry Don Poppy and Sandra Simpson; two sisters, Shirley Rockwell and Betty Conner; special neice, Carol Rockwell and a host of other family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Cavalier Nursing and Rehab for the wonderful care they provided. He will be missed by all who knew him.
