Billie Ann Palmer Neely, (81)., of Pine Bluff, died at White Hall Nursing Home on December 22, 2018 surrounded by her family She was born February 9, 1937, in Tupelo, Mississippi to the late Arvel Jackson Parmer and the late Willie Bell Curbow Parmer. She was raised in Tupelo, Mississippi until coming to Pine Bluff, Arkansas in 1952. Billie Ann was co-owner of 79 Industrial Park and T&N Electric with the late Thomas Edward (T.E.) Neely. Billie Ann was a member of Watson Chapel Baptist.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret (Marty) Neely Jackson of Pine Bluff and Brenda Neely, of Pine Bluff; 2 sons , Thomas Wayne Neely (Jane), of Pine Bluff, and Robert Edward Neely
She is also survived by her grandchildren Jessica Berry, Thomas Berry, JR. (Lynette), Julie Young (Rob), Marcus Gray (Nicole), and Neely Dodson (Travis), her great-grandchildren Rowen Berry, Malachi Gray, Rosalyn Sides, Katelyn Weller, Emily Welter, Saben Young, Serek Young, Solan Young, Paul Alejandro, and Ireland Grace Berry. Also, Billie Ann had many nieces and nephews that she dearly loved.
Visitation is Saturday, December 29, at 1:00 p.m. at Watson Chapel Baptist Church followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Please no flowers sent till Saturday to Watson Chapel Baptist Church Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Wilson Robison Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
