Cecil Rice Obituary
Cecil Fay Rice, 85, of Ulm, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, at her home. She was the daughter of Cecil Marvin and Saddie Lee McFerrin Davis. She was born in DeWitt on Sptember 13, 1936.
She was a waitress for much of her life, working for Little Cajun's.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands; and a son, Charles Lynn Rice. She is survivied by her son, James R. Rice of Ulm, and three sisters living in California.
