Charles E. Cook, 86, of North Little Rock, departed from this life on May 31, 2023. He was born
in Pettus, Arkansas, August 12, 1936. He was the son of L. E. “Jack” and Pauline Cook (née Corsbie).
Charles was a graduate of England High School, class of 1953. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and
sports fan. Charles was married to his beloved Eloise Cook (née Hill) for 54 years until her death in 2012.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army and was stationed at the United States Military Academy in West
Point, New York. Charles worked as a supervisor for Williams Petroleum for forty-seven years.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; wife; four brothers, Curtis (Pat) Cook, Gerald (Dorothy)
Cook, Ricky (Debbie) Cook and Sid Cook. He is survived by his daughter, Marcy (Jeff) Williams; three
granddaughters, Kelsay Williams, Mary-Kate Williams and Olivia Williams; two brothers, David (Bernie)
Cook and Larry (Christine) Cook; two sisters Sue (Wayne) Swilley and Lou Escobar; his good friend,
Shelby McCook; and countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers, and friends.
A visitation will be held on June 9, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at Wilson-Robison Funeral Home,
701 Pine Bluff Hwy., England, Arkansas. The funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m.
