Donald "Don" Hall Obituary

Donald “Don” Albert Hall, 83. Of England, Arkansas went to his heavenly home, Saturday June 21, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. Don was born August 19, 1941, in Roland, Arkansas a son of Marvin Jackson “Joe” Hall and Thelma Lucille Guenther Hall.
As a young man Don worked briefly as a camera man for Channel 4. From his grandfather he inherited a farm in Monnie Springs, growing mostly cotton and soy  beans, before selling the farm which was later converted into an airstrip.
Don enjoyed several late life jobs: as a tractor salesman at Pulaski Equipment Company, An insurance salesman for Shelter Insurance, and briefly as a law enforcement officer with the England Police Department.
Don enjoyed traveling, hunting at deer camp, and more than   anything else running his mouth and picking on people. Don never met a stranger. 
Don was married to the love of his life Vivian, he had five children, three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter Lisa Hall; two sons Richard and Steve Hall.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Vivian Hall; two sons Brian Hall and Jason Hall  three grandchildren Hailey Welch, Shelby Powers, and Jeremy Hall; nine great grandchildren Caroline, Savannah, Amellia Powers, Zelda and Hutton Welch, Chris McClain, Hazel Russell, Kinley Russell, and Ellie Russell. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Don would want to be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, a happy easy going neighbor to many.

Visitation will be held Wednesday June 25, 2025  at 1PM at Landmark Baptist Church in England, Arkansas.
Funeral services will follow at 2PM also at Landmark Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Guenther-Presley Cemetery in Roland, Arkansas.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Matthew Russell, Hunter Russell, Chris McClain, Lynn Rusell, Alex Powers and Scot Attchison.
