Frank Partello, 66 died on February 4, 2020 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was born on May 20, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan. He was a retired locksmith. He loved to watch TV (especially news), listen to music and meet new friends while playing Pokemon Go with his wife and family.

He is survived by his wife Cynthia Partello of Hot Springs, Arkansas, sons Frankie Partello (Amber) of Greenwood, Arkansas and Randy Bulcao (Amanda) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, daughters Carissa Turner and Elisabeth Painter (Jerry) both of Hot Springs, Arkansas, sister Terrie Smallwood of Michigan. Also 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, plus many nieces and nephews.
