Franklin Dean Mitchell

Franklin Dean Mitchell, 64 of Humphrey, passed away Saturday April 20, 2024.  He was the son of Franklin DeCal and Arlona Smith Mitchell.  He was born October 24, 1959 in Carlisle, Arkansas.

Dean worked on a fish farm hauling fish for many years.   Dean was the kind of guy that would help anyone in need.  He had several true quality friends that he could rely on at any time and everyone who knew him loved him. 

Dean was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Mary Sue Tiffenback Mitchell and three brothers; Roy Dale Mitchell of Coy, Robert Mitchell of Humphrey, and Donald Ray Mitchell of Humnoke.

He is survived by aunt; Joyce Palmer and family of Carlisle, nephews; Jamie Mitchell of Carlisle and Charles Mitchell of DeValls Bluff, good friends; Jerimiah, Tim, and Jane.
