Helen Margaret Holladay, 86, a lifelong resident of England, was called to her heavenly home on October 14, 2021. She was born in England on February 17, 1935, to the late James and Myra Waddle Holladay.
Helen was a member of Landmark Missionary Church in England. She loved her church and loved working in the nursery with the children. She loved to sew and work outside in her yard. She was a wonderful cook and always had requests for her coconut pies.
Helen loved children and they in turn loved her. She was affectionately called “Woowoo” by children at her church and by her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers,
Harold Holladay and Bobby Holladay; and one sister, Nancy Murphy. She is survived by her loving family; a brother Ray (Barbara) Holladay, Jr.; sisters, Joannie Barron of North Little Rock, Cheryl (Lyndell) Campbell of England, Margie Holladay and her special friend, Wayne McLean, both of England; her “special great, great grandkids,” Zackary Oliger and Emmerson Holladay of England and Kaylee Lloyd of Wynne; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial will be Monday, October 18, 2021, at 10:00AM, at Keo Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Bro. Wayne McLean. Online condolences can be sent to www.wilsonrobisonfhengland.com
