Janet Ovelia (Garrison) Irons

Janet Ovelia Garrison Irons, 68, of England, went to be with her LORD on Saturday, November 26, 2022. She was the daughter of Woodrow and Claudine Smith Garrison. She was born November 1, 1954, in Humnoke.

Janet was a lifetime resident of Arkansas, and a member of Southside Baptist Church in England. She attended vo-tech to become a nurse. She was a hard worker working as a nurse for 25 years.  She loved her LORD and her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her sisters. She had a special granddaughter, Taren Weeks, who took care of her during her illness and was with her until the LORD called her home. Janet was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Allen Garrison, and Woody Garrison; and sister Mae Meins. She is survived by her daughter, Shelly (Steve) Addison of Lonoke; grandchildren, Taren Weeks of Cabot, Tony and Annabella Addison of Lonoke, and Hannah Bauer of Sherwood; one great-granddaughter, Emrey Bryant of Cabot; and four sisters Carole Collins of England, Bonnie (Martin) Tumbleson of Humnoke, Gale Pollard of Stuttgart, and Ann Zornes of England.

Janet is in the care of Wilson Robison Funeral Home of England. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 2:00PM at Flynn Cemetery in Humnoke. Online condolences may be sent to www.wilsonrobisonfhengland.com
