Tay William Welsh

Tay William Welsh, age 32 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away unexpectedly Friday July, 17, 2020 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tay was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 23, 1987 to Paul Welsh and Barbara Ann Gage. Tay was a maintenance manager for Horse Of My Dreams Ranch. He loved animals especially horses and dogs and his cat, Kit Cat. When he was not working he was passionate about cooking and barbecuing for family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his family,  taking his children fishing, being out doors and hunting. He will be missed by all who knew him. Tay is preceded in death by his special brother and childhood friend Jared Carter.

Tay is survived by his mother, Barbara Ann Kennedy and husband Phillip of Lonoke, Arkansas; father, Paul Welsh of Banks, Arkansas; son, Carter Welsh; daughters,Taylor Beth Ann Welsh and Kimberly Jones; sisters, Paula Moran and husband Matt of Maumelle, Arkansas, Megan Parker of Benton, Arkansas, and Amber Welsh of Florida; the love of Tay's life, Tracy Jones; special family-friends, Haley Carter and Chaley Carter, and a host of nieces and nephews.
