Wayne Tharnell Adams

Wayne Tharnell Adams was born on October 8, 1951 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. On October 16, 1972, Wayne married the love of his life Dorothy Bowman and they shared 46 years of happiness together. To this union, 2 beautiful children were born.

Wayne was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and the greatest friend anyone could ever have.  Wayne loved spending time with his family, carpentry, and working on motors of any kind for himself and others. He was very honest with his dealings with others and everyone loved the work he did for them because he always did a good job.

Mr. Adams is preceded in death by his father Lugene Adams Sr., mother Emma Adams, and his brother Clinton Adams. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Dorothy Adams, daughter; LaSondra Adams, son; Jarrett Adams, 3 grandsons: LaJadrian Hall, Kemarion Adams, & Jakauri Adams, 2 granddaughters; Sianee Adams & Asianey Jones, 2 brothers; Lugene Adams Jr. (Etta) and Jerome Adams all of Pine Bluff, 4 sisters; Vera Campbell (Pine Bluff), Dorothy Adams of Portland, Oregon, Clovetta Lockhart (Shun) of Desoto, Texas, & Debra Parham of San Antonio, Texas as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

A memorial service for Mr. Adams will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Noon at the kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4015 Camden Road, Pine Bluff, AR, 71603. Wilson Robison Funeral Home of England, Aransas.
