William Franklin "Buck" Bagwell, lifelong resident of England, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday August 6, 2024 peacefully in his sleep at the age of 81. Buck, as everyone knew him, was born on December 27th,1942 to Louis Clayton Bagwell and Mabel Munk Bagwell.
Being a lifelong England resident, Buck held many professions including working at the dirt plant, the cotton plant, and finishing out his working career years at England High School. At England High School, Buck left a lifelong positive impact on many of the students, teachers and faculty that he came into contact with.
He is proceeded in death by his daughter, Cherrie Lynne Kelley, his son Gerald Louis "Buddy" Bagwell, 5 siblings: Robert "Tincey" Bagwell, Barbara Harrison, Billy Joe Bagwell, Gerald Louis "Buddy" Bagwell, and twin sister Wilma "Tootsie" Middleton.
He is survived by a son, Jason Bagwell of St Petersburg, Florida, a sister, Peggy Frank of Alexander, Arkansas, a son-in-law, Jeff Kelley of Bryant,Arkansas, three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Wilson Robison Funeral Home 701 Pine Bluff Highway England, Arkansas.
