Jackie was a sweetheart I will miss him I've cared for him for a long time everytime I would come into work he would be the first one to greet me with hug he was my number one resident I'm glad to have met such a great man my thoughts and prayers are going out to the family 😇

My aunt was in nursing facility with Jackie. Her name was Tressie Horrell. She passed away in 2014. My sister went to see her almost every day and I traveled to England as often as I could to see her. We loved Jackie. He always greeted us as we entered and enthusuastically let us know where he last saw her. I prayed for him and know he is now walking with Jesus! Praise The Lord!
One time I was manicuring my aunt's nails and he was sitting in sunroom with us and he let me manicure his nails. That seemed to make him happy.
I live in Texas but if I had been near enough, I would have gone there to see him.

JACKIE WAS MY FRIEND, HE WOULD CALL MY NAME WHEN I WAS COMING DOWN THE HALL, I BELIEVE THAT'S THE ONLY TIME I HAD EVER HEARD HIM TALK WHEN HE CALLED MY NAME....."HEY BILL".....I WILL MISS THAT.......
